Ambassador Marina Jovićević had a meeting with the President of the Luxembourg Parliament, Fernand Etgen, on November 30th. It was concluded that in the previous four years, during the mandate of Ambassador Jovicevic, there was a significant improvement in bilateral relations between Serbia and Luxembourg, which can be seen through visits at the level of Prime Ministers and Foreign Ministers, as well as the introduction of a direct line between Luxembourg and Belgrade. Ambassador Jovićević thanked Luxembourg for its support for Serbia's European integration. It is expected that negotiations with the EU will be continued by the end of this year.

Ambassador Jovićević reiterated invitation to the President of the Luxembourg Parliament to visit the Republic of Serbia next year, when the two countries mark the 95th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations.

The President of the Parliament Fernand Etgen, thanked Ambassador Jovićević for her active approach to work in relation to Luxembourg, which is covered on a non-resident basis, which has resulted in the development of bilateral cooperation between the two countries in numerous areas.
