On the occasion of 76th anniversary of the Victory Day in World War II, a commemoration of civilian victims of World War II was organized by the Region and the City of Liège and the Army of the Province of Liège on May 10, 2021. On behalf of Serbia, the Ambassador of Serbia, dr Marina Jovićević laid the wreath with the message: “To the innocent victims”. Wreaths were also laid by the envoy of King of Belgians, representatives of the province and the city of Liege, patriotic organizations from the region and representatives of the embassies of the Canada, UK, Netherlands, USA, Russian Federation, Luxembourg, France, Spain, Germany and Italy, respectively.
