All citizens of the Republic of Serbia with the right to vote, temporarily residing abroad, can submit a Request to vote abroad to the Unified voters Register through the diplomatic and consular mission of the Republic of Serbia (DCP) in Brussels. It is possible to do this no later than five days before the conclusion of the Unified Voters Register (by 02 April 2016), in the Embassy of the Republic of Serbia, Boulevard du Regent 53, 1000 Bruxelles, by post or by e-mail embassy.brussels.mfa.rs

Togedher with the request you should submit valid Serbian passport, ID card or driving license vith personal identification number.

Personal checking insight into the Unified voters Register can be made via the link http://birackispisak.mduls.gov.rs/javniportal

If it is found that the voter is not entered in the Unified voters Register, he has to submit the Request for registration simultaneously with the Request for voting abroad to the DCP. The both documents will be sent via DCP to the competent municipal or city administration of the last place of residence of the applicant before leaving the country, or the last place of residence of one of the parents.
