Organised by the Belgian Federal Ministry of Foreign Affairs, ten Serbian civil servants (coming from the MFA, Office for the EU integration, and the Cabinet of Minister in charge of the EU integration) participated in the seminar on the EU negotiation technique.

The program was conceived within the Federal Ministry’s project on supporting the EU candidate states in their negotiation.
