A) Financial donations

Those wishing to do so, may support flood victims by making payments in the following ways:

1/Bringing the cash depository to the Consulate of the Embassy (Boulevard du Régent 53, 1000 Brussels), for which they would get a receipt and the Gratitude document

2/ donating through the special account - special account for Belgium and Luxembourg for humanitarian aid to those affected by floods in Serbia was opened (no extra charge for international transfer).

B) Donations in goods

Goods can be brought to the Embassy of Republic Serbia. The address is: Boulevard du Regent 53, 1000 Brussels. The Embassy will then dispatch the goods to Serbia.

For those who want to deliver directly their donations/goods to Serbia, please contact the Embassy to obtain a cover sheet, to expedite the proceedings with the customs authorities of Republic of Serbia.

List of urgent and most needed supplies provided by Red Cross include following:

- mattresses

- blankets, duvets

- linen / bed sheets

- beds (folding cot beds, tent beds, bunk beds)

- Hygiene products (soap, toilet paper, paper towels, sanitary napkins, toothbrushes, toothpaste... )

- diapers for children and adults

- rubber boots

- Aseptol for disinfection of the reception centers

- bottled water

- canned food

 

Serbian Red Cross urges not to collect clothing, since, due to the priority needs and the currently available amount, there is no room in the warehouses of the Red Cross for its storage.

For all individuals or companies who would like to donate medical supplies, please ask for detailed instructions regarding procedures for the approval of importing drugs and medical devices on the website of the Embassy (http://brussels.mfa.gov.rs/ or via e-mail: embassy.brussels@mfa.rs).
